Founded by Ian Hosking Richards, Professional Property Investor, Philanthropist, Hospitality Guru.
Ian is a well-known personality in the real estate industry and has written books and many articles for magazines and newspapers on all things related to property investing. He is also known for his philanthropic endeavours – he is the founding Chair of The Solomon Foundation Ltd, a registered charity that provides medical assistance to our near neighbours in the South Pacific, with a special focus on the Solomon Islands. However, he is perhaps less widely known for his previous career as a 5-star European hotel manager.
After graduating from the world-famous School of Hotel, Catering & Tourism Management at the University of Surrey UK, with a Bachelor of Science (with Honours) Ian worked in various top hotels in America, Germany, Switzerland and England before moving to Australia in 1993.
Although his second career as a property commentator and mentor has been hugely rewarding and fulfilling, he is very excited to return to his original vocation and provide world class accommodation in the beautiful port city of Gladstone.
